Sales Officer - Lift (5-9 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for Sterti Koni products in India.

- Identify and pursue existing & new business opportunities in the automotive sector, including dealerships, service centers, and commercial vehicle fleets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, outlining key performance indicators and sales strategies.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Represent Stertil Koni at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and customer requirements to anticipate market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Sound understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales analytics.
