BanCassurance Model is the relationship between a bank and an insurance company whereby the insurance company uses the bank sales channel in order to sell insurance products It's an arrangement in which a bank and an insurance company form a partnership so that the insurance company can sell its products to the bank's client base.
Role and Responsibility:
1. Work closely & jointly with Bancassurance channel partner to ensure the life insurance business from Walkins of Canara Bank
2. Responsible for the Life insurance business of different Banks which they have Tie-up with the company.
- Candidate is On role and permanent role in CHOICE where other companies are taking candidates as an off role
- Candidates will get Annual Increment for average performers also
- For Every 6 months candidate will get Auto promotion
