CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and managing agents: locate, select, and oversee advisors in an appropriate setting.
- Regular field visits to sell policies to agents, dealers, or private customers.
- Familiarity with the products and the market. Observe and assess the agent's performance.
- By implementing market segmentation in a sales plan, the market's penetration and reach can be increased.
Candidate Desired profile
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
- Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
- Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
