How does business development team contribute?
Our sales team works on multiple fonts: - Vendor Onboarding, Customer Onboarding, Relationship management and Lead Generation & Management.
What we are looking for (Technical Skills)
- 2-5 years of prior sales experience.
- Understanding of sales ecosystem functioning.
- Preferably should have B2C sales experience.
- Should be presentable, articulate and should have good convincing skills.
- Should be good at relationship and account management.

- Has strong communication skills.
- Is self-motivated and can operate self-Independently.
- Time Management & Result focus.
- High is energy and can make multiple tasks.
Your Regular Day
- Organizing sales visit.
- On boarding new vendors and training them.
- Manage and grow long term relationships with the vendors, identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts.
- Manage end-to-end client relationship with the vendors including pitching, negotiation, customer on boarding, escalations & payment collection.
- Increase Vendor and Customer satisfaction by solving the problems faced by them on real time.
- Meet your vendors and train them on the app feature weekly once
SALARY AND INCENTIVES
The reimbursement will be Rs.2000 (fixed per month)
The incentives per week can go upto Rs.5000.
