Sales Officer - Housing Loan (1-5 yrs)
JD - Loan Officer - Housing :
- The Housing Loan Officer will be responsible for originating loans, conducting borrower interviews, analyzing credit histories.
- Following up on lead submissions and / or answering calls from customers
- Educating borrowers on the loan process from beginning to end
- Collecting borrower financial / credit information
- Processing borrower credit / income information through approval systems
- Securing proper documentation and managing loan progress through processing / closing
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate in any field
- Atleast one year experience in LAP/Mortgage/Home Loans/Business Loans
- Ready to work in the field
- Must have bike
Details :
- CTC - 2 LPA for Freshers (Any graduate, Ready to work in field)
- CTC - Max. 2.75LPA for Experienced
- Onroll bank job, allowances, incentives and other benefits over and above CTC
