Sales Officer - Home Loan (1-2 yrs)
1. Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.
2. Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s
3. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.
3. Arrange loan events.
4. Handle product queries and service issues.
5. Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan, personalized service to clients.
6. Ensure the achievement of given business target.
- Should be able to source home loan business.
- Good communication skills .
- Reporting on a daily basis to the sales head
- Ensuring proper updation and maintenance of various reporting formats.
- Responsible for generating revenue .
- Identify potential markets spaces and customer
