Sales Officer - General Trade - FMCG (5-6 yrs)
Role: Sales Officers- General Trade
Location: Up Bihar.
Note : Preferably MBA in marketing & sales.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in FMCG industry is mandatory.
Job Description:
- This job handles specialty imports business for assigned area. The SR under this role is required to be self-driven to
directly handle assigned area operations and overview sales operations.
- The role will be reporting to the Area SO based out of respective Headquarters and achieve monthly / quarterly /annual sales targets for the area of operations
- Identify area of opportunities primarily for assigned area sales operations for the areas Achieve & monitor progress of Sales.
- Ensure Management of Secondary sales force and Implementation of Trade key performance indicators in Specialty
Imports: This involves tracking of turnover, bills cut, SKU per call etc along with salesman incentives.
- Develop strong business relationship with super stockist/distributor.
- Interacting and coordinating with internal stakeholder eg GT Sales Officer.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in FMCG industry is mandatory.
