Job Description :
Must have:
- Need candidates from Non Food, Retail FMCG and Stockist & Vendor management handling]
- Candidate should have minimum 1 to 3 years experience in the local market
- Retail market experience is a must
- We are looking into Beauty & Health Care products experience( Dish Washer, Floor Cleaner, Toiler Cleaner, Mehendi, Perfumes & Tooth Brush etc..)
POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for Sales of our FMCG products, also, ensure that customers' needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of a company.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales in the assigned area for the FMCG (Health Care & Personal care ) products.
- Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.
- Ensure distribution process for the assigned area
- Management of sales promotion and other activities in coordination with distributor/agencies.
- Developing sales with a view to expand the distribution footprint in the region.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- Have knowledge of a wide range of FMCG trade products
- Knowledge of the Strong motivator & self-driven
Personal Attributes :
- Be honest and trustworthy
- Be able to respond well to pressure
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time
