Sales Officer - FMCG (4-6 yrs)
Require a candidate with a stable profile.
Responsibilities :
- Young candidate & Dynamic candidate
- Mandatory Fmcg company experience
- Aware of ROI Calculation
- Plan & achieve monthly, quarterly & annual volume targets
- Achieve distribution & in store execution (visibility) objectives
- Ensure quality of products at distributor & trade
- Coach & lead the front line sales force (MIA & T-MIA) (Offrole & Onrole employees )
- Distributor & customer (retail & wholesale) management
- Previous experience of territory is important & mandatory
Additional Requirement :
- Good exposure to distribution, distributors and Retailers
- Ability to relate with People and communicate clearly
- Good Communication skills
- Organizational and planning skills
Reporting to : Area Sales Manager.
Required strong experience in sales.
