Sales Officer - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Manage Sales (Primary and Secondary) through distributor channel : Retail and wholesale channel and outstanding collection from assigned distributors
2. Controlling the team of PSR/ Distributor Sale-men
3. Ensuring distribution in his assigned territory and achieve the sales targets from his area
4. Daily reporting and tracking of sales
5. Implementation of schemes and ensuring commercial controls at distributor point
6. Ensuring execution of market activities
7. Update market and competition scenario to ASM
8. Will report to ASM
Profile Of Candidates :
1. Graduate around 25 - 30 years of age
2. Good communication skills in Hindi & English
3. Having knowledge of handling distributors, salesman etc.
4. Must have worked in FMCG/OTC industry ( retail sales )
5. 3-5 years of experience.
6. Must have 2wheeler.
CTC: Up-to INR 2.16 LPA + Incentives
