Job Overview :

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales within renowned organizations like Kaya, VLCC, or similar companies in the beauty and wellness sector.

Responsibilities :

a) Achieve Sales Targets : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the beauty industry. Continuously identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to drive revenue growth.

b) Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service, address customer queries, and resolve complaints promptly and effectively. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

c) Product Knowledge and Promotion : Develop a deep understanding of our beauty products, services, and their benefits. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers and sales teams. Actively promote products through various channels, including in-store events, tradeshows, and social media platforms.

d) Sales Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and participate in sales team meetings to share insights and recommendations.

e) Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs, resolve issues, and optimize the sales process.

Requirements :

a) Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the beauty industry, preferably with renowned organizations like Kaya, VLCC, or similar.

b) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

c) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

d) Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.

e) Sound knowledge of beauty products, trends, and market dynamics.

f) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

g) Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
