Role Description & Objectives:
1. Sales targets achievement
2. New dealers appointment
3. Relationship management with dealers
4. Marketing activities
5. Market research & feedback
6. Sales Collection
7. Weekly Reporting
8. Review Meetings
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of pesticides/biochemical or related agricultural products or services
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as above from non-related education background
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in agriculture/chemistry/biology field or any other related field.
Compensation:
- Minimum 20% Hike on current salary (Based on skill levels)
