Looking sales profile from Pharma , FMCG ,consumer durable, Banking , Insurance, NBFC sector
Roles :
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis.
- Provide them for training regarding the products.
- Identifying the prospective customers.
- Make them aware of the role.
- Motivating them to generate the business.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain about different insurance products.
- Train the team members effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly target.
- Make sure that team members meet their targets.
Required Candidate profile :
- Must be graduation
- Minimum 2 -4 years experiences in sales and marketing in any field
- Local candidate having good network
Age : 23 to 40 years
- Knowledge about insurance
