Sales Officer - Banking (0-3 yrs)
Designation: Sales Officer
Qualification: B. Com/ M. Com/ PGDM-BM/ BBA/ MBA / Graduation
Experience: 1 - 3 yrs
Salary Range- 2.36LPA CTC to 3.36LPA CTC per month
Location: Bharuch
Responsibilities :
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Acquire and manage customers for current and savings accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships and understand their financial needs.
- Achieve sales targets through effective strategies.
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Monitoring sales targets and daily reporting to your Manager.
