Sales Officer - Bank/Life Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are urgent hiring candidates for the bank sales officer with the most of the foremost life insurance and different bank companies in various channel.
Responsibility :
- To drive the company's business and increase revenue by building a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner
- Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance
- Motivating teams in optimizing their contribution levels.
- Meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
- Network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance.
- Adhere to the company sales processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory regulations while discharging the work.
