Sales Officer (2-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Appointment of New distributors as and when required in the assigned territory.
- Maintaining availability of stock and SKUs at distributor's godown point.
- Driving secondary sales, weekly drives of various SKUs on various parameters and to achieve budgeted sales targets every JC.
- Preparation of Targets of sales man, conducting weekly meetings and reviews, various reports as required by the company from time to time.
- Working with front line sales man in market, training and demonstrating them on wow, motivating them to achieve set sales targets, resolving their difficulties and queries.
- Preparation of various claims such as secondary scheme sales claim, damage goods claim, salesman incentive claims etc
