Sales & Marketing Specialist - Hospitality (3-5 yrs)
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist would be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer service and sales training programs, and ensuring proper sales management and achieving set targets.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in training and managing sales teams
- Good leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze data to identify potential markets and assess the demand for the hospitality services.
- Provide training to sales and marketing team members as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest sales and marketing techniques and share knowledge with the team.
