Sales & Marketing Role - PVC/CPVC Pipes (0-2 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :


1. Sales and Business Development :


- Promote and sell PVC and CPVC items to businesses in the hardware, electrical, and plumbing field.


- Identify potential B2B clients and establish strong relationships to drive sales growth.


- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.


2. Field Sales and Touring :


- Engage in field sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.


- Travel to various locations to meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.


3. Market Research :


- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.


- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential niches for product expansion.


4. Client Relationship Management :


- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.


- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


5. Freelance and Individual Engagement :


- Work independently as a freelancer or individual contributor while aligning with the company's goals and targets.


6. Incentive-Driven Performance :


- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to earn lucrative incentives based on performance.


7. Investment Deals and Collaboration :


- Explore potential investment opportunities and partnership collaborations to drive business growth.


Qualifications and Skills :


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).


- 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hardware, electrical, or plumbing industry.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.


- Proficiency in presenting and pitching products to potential clients.


- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual.


- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field sales.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
