- Our client was started in Bangalore by three entrepreneurs who have more than a decade of experience in the field of Electronic Instrumentation and Controls. The Products are being used by both Industries and Technical Institutions. The industrial segment includes the automotive, electric vehicles, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food & package industries, and defense establishments. The technical Institutions segment includes Engineering Colleges and Universities.

The Job :

- As Sales and Marketing Engineer, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.

- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.

- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.

- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels.

- Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.

- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills required :

- You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in Business Development/Account Manager (B2B), Digital Marketing, or Inside Sales within the Industrial industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- You have experience within Area Sales, Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.

- You have experience within the Industrial & Manufacturing and Public Sectors would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
