Sales & Marketing Role - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
Required Skill & experience :
- Good Communication in English, Hindi & Regional Language
- Must have exposure in B2B marketing in Food products.
- Exposure to Handling Distributors & driving promotional activities across the retail stores.
1. Achieving sales coverage & growth by doing secondary sales to manage & increase retail coverage.
2. Working & Executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets.
3. Managing logistics & ensuring distributors are serving the market as per identified routes.
4. Ensuring timely collection of funds from distributors for primary billing.
5. Candidates from the FMCG sector having Industry experience with secondary sales/retail Coverage experience only should apply.
6. Candidates must be comfortable with Reporting and preparing various sales reports.
7. Knowledge of New Product Launching.
Desired Candidates Profile :
1. Should have role work Experience in FMCG sales specifically retail coverage & secondary sales.
2. Should have worked on achieving volume growth for new products.
3. Should have hands-on experience in General Trade Distributors handling & building retail networks.
