We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our Sales and Marketing team at Meraki Training Solution. As a Sales and Marketing Fresher, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities :

Sales Prospecting : Identify potential clients and businesses through research, cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable training solutions.

Conduct Presentations : Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to potential clients to showcase the value of Meraki Training Solution's offerings.

Marketing Campaigns : Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities, to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

Sales Targets : Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting our training solutions to a diverse customer base.

Market Research : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Sales Support : Provide assistance to senior sales team members in preparing proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documents.

Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from clients and prospects, and communicate it internally to help improve our products and services.

Attend Events : Represent Meraki Training Solution at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and generate leads.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated with training methodologies, market developments, and sales techniques to enhance personal and team performance.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage with clients and prospects.

Sales Aptitude : A passion for sales, a persuasive personality, and a natural ability to build rapport with people.

Team Player : Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Goal-oriented : Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Tech-savvy : Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales and marketing tools.
