Sales & Marketing Role - eCommerce (0-3 yrs)
Sales & Marketing
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Maintain records of all sales activity.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
- Talk confidently and provide correct product information; assist customers with finding products which suit their requirements by offering suggestions and opinions. (Product training will be arranged by the company)
- Provide accurate valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools
- Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service
Requirement :
- Both Male and female candidates are eligible to apply for this position.
- MBAs or Graduates both are eligible to apply.
- Prior Experience in Sales and marketing is a plus point.
- Willing to work independently.
