Sales & Marketing Role - DI Pipe/Billet/TMT & Wire Rod Products (10-15 yrs)
Position: Lead - Sales & Marketing
Location: Abu Dhabi / Jordan / Turkey & Gulf Countries.
Experience: 10 years n above in DI Pipe / Billet / TMT & Wire Rod Products / B2B & B2C Sales.
Education: B.Tech / B.E- Mechanical / BBA / MBA / PGDM - Marketing
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing of Ductile Iron Pipes to various Water Authorities / Municipal Corporations / Public Health Engineering Dept / Irrigation & Public Health / Development Authorities / Urban Improvement Trusts / Industrial Development Corporations / Water Supply & Sewerage Boards / Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Boards / in the States of India/ Abroad and Various Turnkey Contractors in his territory.
2. Accountable for achievement of sales targets (quantity, collections and profitability) for his territory.
3. Carry out Registration with various Water Authorities, Clients and Consultants to increase sale of the DI Pipes in his territory.
4. Generate Inquiries, Prepare Techno Commercial Offers, carry out Negotiations for Order Finalization including Pre & Post Sales.
5. Arrange Payments, Road Permits, PACS, CForm etc.
6. Coordinate with H.O. / Plant for timely execution of contracts.
7. Work collaboratively & effectively with Agents & Dealers in his territory.
8. Arranging for LC/delivery period extension as and when required a case of delay in supplies.
9. Handling of Customer's complaints/ Grievance.
10. Tie up with agents to for large tenders & to draw business plan.
11. Tendering Generation.
12. CFO, Head Sales and State Head to do con call on every Week on recovery of overdue.
13. Agent contact to be made to modify including penalty on delay payment.
14. Any other duties & functions as may be assigned from time to time.
15. Track competition activity and obtain market intelligence by obtaining information of completion by obtaining price circulars etc.
16. Develop relationship and association with secretaries of PHED, RWS, WR, UD and their departments, planning cell.
17. Pre bid MOU with prospective bidders after floating of tenders.
18. Meet with SE /EE and develop strong association.
19. Follow up and obtain data on LOI issued from the planning cell.
