Job Description :

KEY RESULT ARE AS (KRAs) :

A. Sales Plan Formulation :

- In coordination with RM, forecast the key deliverables across the different product segments for the territory.

- Strive for meeting up the various set territorial business targets - CSI, sales volumes (primary/secondary), market share.

- Plan and implement effective sales promotional activities (exchange/Loan Mela/seasonal package/others) in coordination with RM for generating more volumes in the territory.

- Assure the effective inquiry monitoring, in coordination with dealer and his sales staff, to track the prospect buyers and enhance the conversion rates.

- Assure the profitable tie ups with the financial institutions to meet up the numbers.

- Ensure the timely completion of billing process by timely collection of payment from the dealers and effective coordination with commercial officer in tracking the defaulters.

- Identify the institutions in the territory, in coordination with dealers, for generating the revenue through the institution sales as per the company standards.

- Ensure accessory and merchandise targets are achieved

- Ensure all CI is maintained at all dealerships as per norms

- Support RM in dealer sales recruitments

- Support RM in the sales training program

B. Channel Management :

- Ensure the proper documentation of channel partners for non-adoption of the organizational policies or for adoption of malpractices, violating company standards and report to RM.

- Track the competitors network or unrepresented market to seek the future opportunity in the network expansion in the territory.

- Keep a close eye on competitors new product and their BTL activities conducted in the territory

- Constantly strive to improve performance and delivery of network partners through constant guidance and reviews.

- Ascertain the dealer financial health is sound to meet up the working capital requirements.

- Ensure the workshops and showrooms infrastructure are in compliance with CI norms

- Recruit manpower as per the channel manpower requirement; coordinate with RTCs to address the training requirements of channel manpower by organizing OJT and ensuring the retention of quality trained manpower.

- Ensure the timely collection of form C and road permits from the network partners.

- Ensure the adequate inventory at dealership end for the effective inventory management.
