Sales & Marketing Role - Agri (3-5 yrs)
Qualification :
- Any Degree or diploma Graduates in Sales field with 3-5 years of experience in Agro or FMCG trading companies
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assisting Manager Sales/GM Sales, closely work with him for daily follow ups and coordination.
- Partner with appropriate teams to identifying the sourcing needs, determine vendors, execute sourcing events and compliance
- Translating brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Planning & execution of Trade marketing promotions/programs for the entire brand portfolio across channels/regions :
- Tracking and monitoring of the supply and logistics.
- Identifying and Sourcing of supplier/vendors for agro commodities.
- Meeting periodically supplier and clients for smooth coordination and getting insights
- Updating the Manager timely about the sales and supply related inputs
- Maintaining good rapport with all stake holders related to business
- Checking the quality of Products.
- Plan for site visits and maintaining of data base for immediate requirement
- Follow up with accounts department for Purchase order, Proforma, Invoice, GST etc.
- Establish and cultivate relationship with partners, clients, supplier and other stake holders
