Sales & Marketing Role (1-5 yrs)

Position Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in the Sales and Marketing position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales :

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting.

3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

4. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with potential clients.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on progress.

6. Develop a deep understanding of the product or service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Marketing :

1. Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

2. Develop and manage content for marketing materials, website, blog posts, and social media platforms.

3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for marketing optimization.

4. Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

5. Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.

Relationship Building :

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.

2. Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

3. Engage in networking activities and industry events to establish a strong professional network and gather market insights.

Analytics and Reporting :

1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and marketing initiatives.

2. Generate regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI.

3. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.

3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

6. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.

7. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

8. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month

Schedule :

- Monday to Friday
