Working Days:- Mon- Fri
Job Description:-
- Coordinate with sales team on schedules for tenders, RFP, EOI etc, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness by co-ordinating with delivery/project team.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Managing all customer documents
- Systematic collection of tenders announced by various organizations through their portal
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales/Marketing or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English, Hindi + any regional language
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Any degree
- Added preference would be given if the candidate has experience in content writing
