Sales Manager - SME Loans - NBFC (2-8 yrs)
We have an urgent opportunity for Sales Manager - Kolkata - SME Loans for a Top NBFC.
- Business / Working Capital Loans.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to BOOT distribution Network and grow business through in-house teams.
- Appoint and manage channel partners for the business.
- Manage and expand the in-house team of CAM's and RM's to achieve more self-sourced business.
- Achieve business targets with both in-house and channel business.
- DSA development and management by training, monitoring, payout management.
- Introducing special schemes to motivate in-house teams and channel partners from time to time.
- Manage and achieve increased productivity for in-house teams and channels to meet growing business plan.
- Undertake various marketing / promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Do tie-ups with online partners/marketing agencies to generate leads for in-house teams
- 2yrs - 8 Yrs of work experience in unsecured business loans, SME loans with a reputed bank or Nbfc is a must.
- Experience in setting up of DSA channel network in the city.
