Job Specification
- Achieve allocated business targets with Home Loan & LAP.
- Sourcing of new client relationships and achieving monthly business targets
- Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations
- Understand and advising clients based on their needs and long term financial planning goals
- Maintain proper records of client communication
- Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines
- Participate actively in sales planning with the line manager to generate action plans for meeting targets.
- Keeping clients and self updated on market opportunities based on research recommendation and fund house interaction
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Thorough understanding of Financial Markets (Home Loans & Loans against Property)
