Sales Manager - Industrial Pumps

- You would be expected to develop and maintain relationships with the engineers and decision makers within Manufacturing, Process, Distribution, Building Contractors and OEM's Industries.

- You will be selling a range of industrial/ Centrifugal & Multi-Stage pumps and expected to liaise with internal engineering and ensure designs offered for specific projects meet customers' specifications as closely as possible.

- Achieve sales growth targets by developing and executing a business development plan.

- To identify new customers and generate inquiries by proposing right solutions and machines.

- To effectively build relationships with customers for short as well as long term business.

- To liaison with specialists and experts from principal companies to make offers and proposals suitable to the customers.

- To discuss Technical as well as Commercial matters, carry out negotiations and also manage complete sales cycle.

- To represent the company at the Trade shows, Conferences.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. B.E or Diploma with 5-8 Years of experience in Sales and have a successful background in industrial/ Centrifugal & Multi-Stage pumps.

2. A technical background is also required as well as the desire to hit large annual revenue targets is also essential.

3. Technical Selling skills

4. Customer Centricity

5. Product/Process /Applications Knowledge

6. Communication skills

7. Process and result oriented, self-starter, with good analytical and presentation skills

8. This will necessitate a significant amount of travel, with regular field sales trips a prerequisite of the position.
