Job Description
- Responsible for recruitment and management of DSA of Mortgages as Business loan, personal loan of the city/state mapped
- To develop strong rapport with all DSA and loan consultant who deals in Home Loan, Mortgage, LAP and get Life insurance business through these channels.
- Train and motivate DSAs to provide a better understanding of market/products.
- Monitor and review DSAs performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.
- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
- Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
- Seek new customers and increase sales.
