Roles and Responsibilities :
- To develop relationships with the Bank that are mutually beneficial and help in client acquisition.
- Handling objections and complaints and promptly handling them.
- Create a marketing plan to achieve sales goal
- Find cross-selling opportunities for current clients.
- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connect between the agents and the company.
- Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring the flow of information to the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be graduate or (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.
- Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- Must required sound network
