Sales Manager - Digital Initiatives (5-9 yrs)

We are hiring for a Team Handling position of Sales Manager - Digital Initiatives.

Looking for the candidates who are currently handling a direct sales team of atleast 4-5 people.

Job Responsibility :

1. Responsible for online leads tracking, fulfillment and driving referral business for a region in Delhi.

2. Managing a FTE team of 10-12 Acquisition managers.

3. Coordination with leads team, outbound team and RCU/RPC for optimum utilization of leads and account opening within TAT.

4. Managing sales account opening operations and achieving 100% sales quality in account processing.

5. Responsible for sales standards of performance, incentive planning and execution for team members.

Profile & Background :

1. Direct sales experience in B2B space with team handling experience.

2. Verified top notch performance track. Last 2 years rating should be shared.

3. MBA preferable but not compulsory.

4. Appointment fixing, meeting clients and daily tracking should be part of current KRA.

5. Should have understanding of Digital space and be comfortable with mobile based tools CRM for lead tracking.

6. Analytical skills mandatory. Will be checked during interview for MS office skills especially Pivot table.
