Sales Manager - Credit Cards/Financial Products - FinTech Startup (1-4 yrs)

Our client is an RBI registered NBFC. It understands entrepreneurs' needs and works closely with them to create custom financing solutions suited to their businesses. It is currently working with most of the major e-commerce market places in India like Snapdeal, Jabong, Ebay, Paytm etc and helping the sellers in the marketplaces to get access to finance.

- It is backed by some of the prominent names in the E-commerce industry as well as industry veterans with over 20 years of experience in capital raising/debt funding. Its advisory board includes senior industry professionals, as well as distinguished academicians.

- As a Sales Manager,you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing the P&L of the division. You will manage a team and drive lead conversions, product management and strategic alliances.

Your key responsibilities will be as follows :

- Responsible for developing and executing the strategic alliances with leading banks/ NBFCs for credit cards and other financial products.

- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan and document and distribute competitive information

- Manage the product (online) and ensure generation and conversion of leads online

- Manage a team of tele callers who support in deal closure.

- Coordinate with card providers for system integration and documentation submission etc.

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

- Deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling / cross selling etc.

- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

Candidate Profile :

- Experience in managing sales teams

- Experience in Banks/ distributors / NBFCs

- Must have experience of field sales

- Presentable and articulate

- Should have team handling experience

- Good communication skills

- Must have experience in selling Credit Cards and giving out loans on the basis of POS machine receivables
