- Looking for Graduates with 1+ year of experience into Agency Sales Health Insurance Domain.

Location : Bhopal, Bhopal (10 Openings)+ 3 more
Shift Timings : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (day shift)
- Weekly Working Days - 6 Days
Off Days: SUN
Note: Last Saturdays are working
Salary & Compensation :
Salary Offered - 2.5 Lac to - 3.9 Lac (annually)

Selection Criteria :
- Graduation degree mandatory

- Candidates with experience into Agency Sales only from any Insurance companies
- Candidates from Pharma industry will be considered ( Medical Representative )

Job Description :
1. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents.
2. Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents.
3. Ensuring agent productivity and activation.
4. Training and agent life cycle management.
5. Brand development by conducting road shows.
6. Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction.
7. Service agents and assigned to them
8. Resolve the grievances/queries/ escalations by the agents.
