Responsibilities :
- Business development of the Company's LAP (Loan against Property) product through Channel Partners (DSAs) & direct channels (DSTs).
- Planning, developing and managing the team towards achieving sound profitable growth of the branch.
- Ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of customer delight.
- Devising and implementing a customer acquisition and retention programme.
- Ensuring high level of customer service.
Hiring Criteria :
- Min Exp for Area Head 5yrs-6yrs
- Should have more exp into LAP
- Should have vintage in profiles
