Sales Management Trainee - Consulting Firm (0-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Work on qualified & non-qualified leads to identify the right candidates for the assigned work-abroad opportunity.
- Explain the work-abroad job opportunity, benefits and establish Magic Billion's USP.
- Engage with the candidate and resolve queries from the first call and handhold the candidate till the last mile.
- Conduct webinars, identify new sources to generate qualified leads.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly assigned tasks with respect to volume and revenue
Requirement :
- Any Graduate
- Good to have sales experience/internships
- Assertive & persuasive
- Story Teller
- Good communication skills
The position is based out of Noida.
- Looking for Immediate joiners
Salary 18k to 20k in hand
