Job Description :

- We are in search of Sales & LTV Specialists to play a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring the long-term success of our customers. As a Sales & LTV Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and delivering value to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV).

Responsibilities :

- Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their educational needs and goals.

- Effectively communicate the benefits of our EdTech platform, particularly in the context of Byjus, and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.

- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Develop strategies to maximize customer lifetime value by fostering long-term relationships, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for increasing LTV and optimizing the sales process.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with the most relevant information.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Knowledge of the EdTech industry, especially Byjus, is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize customer lifetime value.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

Working Hours :

- Monday to Saturday

Shift 1 : 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Shift 2 : 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Note : Shift timings will differ based on team allocation
