About an exciting Sales Opportunity with an Global Edu-tech organization with its origins in India.

The organization is a thriving enterprise SaaS startup comprising of a management team with past experience in global leadership organizations and a technology team based in Silicon Valley, USA. In a few years, the organization already has an enviable client base comprising of several fortune 500 organizations.

The role will the primary owner of the sales process and will be responsible for client acquisition in the Fortune 500 space along with developing strategic account plans that drive business objectives.

Years of Experience- 9+ years of experience in RPO Sales. SAAS Sales, passionate about technology startups.

- Be the primary owner of the sales process

- Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives.

- Lead or liaison a cross functional team of content development, learner experience team and product support team to

help the customer start strong from day one.

- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics a business trends internally and to client.

- Drive completion, learner engagement, and learner satisfaction

- Represent the voice of the customer internally at BigSpring and influence product and business decision making based on customer needs

- Dealt with enterprise sales, Team Building, Go Getter attitude is a must.
