We are hiring for the role of - Sales Representative- for Gumlet Technologies Private Limited, a well funded, profit making & fast growing organisation based out of Bangalore.

Details:

Job Profile : Sales Representative / Lead generation

Job Location : Remote, (Bangalore is preferred)

Salary Range : 6 to 9 lakh per annum CTC including incentives

Industry Experience : 2 years and above

Roles & Responsibilities :

- To generate leads of organisations suitable for sales reachout.

- To identify the right profiles & decision makers within that Organization

- To connect with the profiles and schedule a call for introduction

- Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns & scheduling an appointment with the prospective leads.

- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads into prospects.

- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with clients.

- Preparing Sales Proposals and circulating to prospective clients

- Need to identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the up-selling process.

- Ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations.

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email

- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service or related field.

- Experience in Software product sales is preferred. Experience in at least Software Services Sales or IT Sales is a must.

- Basic understanding of web technologies is preferred.

- Motivation, drive and self-starting attitude

- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

- Lead generation experience in South east Asia, EU or USA preferred
