- Able to successfully convert the leads that apply for membership to the dating platform
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate the benefits of subscribing to the platform and create enthusiasm about the platform and its journey
- Persuasive and an influencer with the right emotional quotient to be able to strike a chord with the applicants
- Driven and have a strong successful prior record in sales conversions
