1. Directly responsible for the sales of the region

2. Plan and execute events across desired venues in the region

3. Responsible to activate the brand in all the selected on-premise accounts

4. Directly work with hotel/ resort/ pub owners and managers to design and implement the brand positioning for every placement

5. Create and execute the plan on a weekly/ monthly to achieve the targets

6. Understand the direct and indirect competition ecosystem in the area

7. Talk to consumers as part of the brand experience

8. Gather retail and marketing data every week and share with management

9. Gather and collate weekly/ monthly consumer feedback and sales data

10. Directly work with management based on data and insights to achieve beyond targets
