Position summary :
1. Day Shift
2. Weekly one day off and holidays as per company norms.
3. Counseling expert.
4. Knowledge in working on ERP/CRM
5. Experience in Lead mining (social media, references, networks, etc)
6. Convert leads into admissions
Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for making Cold Calls, follow up, counseling, guiding students / Aspirants/ parents/placement officers of colleges - to join the course offered.
2. To conduct various inside/outside office BTL (Below the line) activities
3. Annual Business plan co-ordination
4. Tutors data base gathering.
5. Technology based co-ordination
6. Organize periodic seminars, webinars, workshops and meetings at a regular frequency
5. Calendar keeping and maintenance
6. Ensure smooth running of the batches
