Sales Head - IT (8-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for meeting the complete sales deadline of the company.

2. Channelize complete sales cycle (pre sales, up sales, post sales, etc.) independently.

3. Lead sales consultants of all locations.

4. Client Relationship, Feedback, prospecting, drafting proposals or finalizing if drafted by any sales consultants.

5. Should be open to travel oversees if required.

6. Should be open for travelling to other locations when needed.

7. Report to CEO directly with proper reports on daily basis.

8. Candidate should be preferably from same industry.

9. Provide input and ideas into sales initiatives and assist in monitoring responses

10. Develop and execute sale strategies to achieve targets and expand customer base.

11. Understand the business needs of prospects and providing them appropriate solutions.

12. Coordinating with the Development team.

Skill Set & Qualification :

1. Excellent sales & Negotiation skills

2. Leadership skills

3. Must be MBA, any qualification relating to sales & marketing preferable.

4. Proficient in Technology.

5. Good written & Verbal skills

6. Experience in same field.

7. Confident, professionalism, good etiquettes & well organized.

8. If have good connection in industry will be good.

Requirement for Jaipur Location: - 1 (Candidate could be from any location willing to relocate Jaipur is good to go) or we can adjust if candidate is extremely good.
