Sales Head - Hospital (7-20 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Head who will play an instrumental role in sales strategy creation, planning and deployment across various units (centres) within the region. He/she will guide a team of sales executives to drive expansion, brand presence and deliver revenue targets defined by the company.
1. Define and execute sales strategy for the region based on the overall vision and goals of the company. Act as a bridge between Corporate and Unit Sales team in the region
2. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for defined regions
- Build and manage a strong network of doctors (especially obstetrics and gynae) in and around the region
- Define a plan for building brand presence through camps, community connect programs, BTL activities, sales events and conferences
