THE OPPORTUNITY :

- To do this, you will join the team and help us drive our ideas from planning into reality. 


- As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope to really make this role your own.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Your main responsibilities will include:

Operations - We need to get things done!

- Tracking course sign up, attendance, inviting attendees into online communities and monitoring online
activity.

- Coordinating room setup and materials required (working with external suppliers where relevant)

- Tracking online training requests from LMS, spotting trends in needs and sharing with the team to trigger new course creation/need identification.

- Researching and sourcing additional resources or content suggestions for the LMS based on training
calendar and hot topics.

Course Engagement and Embedding - Make it stick.

- Engaging managers and people with development opportunity announcements.

- Releasing our L&D products, focussing on the creation of a spark of excitement.

- Sending follow up materials to people who attended, helping to nudge the classroom conversations when
they are back at their desk.

L&D Insight Creation - We like big data.

- Managing the evaluation of courses, analysing responses and managing observations of impact, tracking
analytics from courses including Net Promoter Score.

- Sharing feedback with the business as relevant

- Coordinating with Facilitators/Subject Matter Experts to create a continuous improvement loop

Annual Review - Operational Excellence for our People

- Owning the annual review communications and process for the region

- Compiling reports from 360 feedback

- Spotting and analysing trends from reviews to provide an overview

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

- 1 - 2 years- work experience organising or providing admin support to a busy office

- Experience working with different levels of people/customer facing

- Happy handling calendar conflicts and organising events

- Previous experience as an L&D Administrator

- Previous experience in media, sales or a commercial background would be a bonus

REQUIRED SKILLS : 

- Plans and organises own workload taking into account possible changing circumstances.

- Persuading and influencing of stakeholders at all levels

- Analyses data to create insights which are then embedded into their plans

- Strong excel skills would be a great bonus!

- Alignment with & score values/culture

- Can do & attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm

- A desire to grow their career as the company scales
