Sales Executive - Voice Logger/Headset (0-2 yrs)

Minimum Qualification : MBA

Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin and services sales, and customer retention and customer acquisition. Manage order levels maintaining the CRM database. Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity

- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities

- Work with and Group marketing to generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.

- Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.

- Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge.

- Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.

- Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships.

- He / She should have experience in selling the products like - Voice logger, Call Center Headsets, IVRS, Dialer etc. Candidate should have same industry experience.
