Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Sr Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out and pitching to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals. They will also identify business opportunities, conduct market research, and create and deliver presentations to clients and the management team.We are looking for dedicated, results-oriented individuals capable of thriving in a dynamic sales environment.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a similar role in the recruitment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graduate,Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
