Sales Executive - Real Estate & Construction Firm (1-4 yrs)
We have an excellent Job Opportunity with one of our leading Client in Real Estate & Construction.
Position : Direct Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide advisory / consultation to customers in purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
2. Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
5. Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them.
6. Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Minimum 1 to 4 Years of Work Experience of working in selling residential projects.
2. Communication and relationship building skills.
3. Good understanding on Excel and mathematical calculation.
4. Negotiating, Customizing & Closing the deal with customers.
