We- re an early stage startup building an online B2B marketplace targeted at wholesale buyers. Our vision is to organise the B2B ecosystem in India using technology, data science and design.

We are building products, platforms and services for the next billion people of India, who have fundamentally different needs - access, language, selection, supply chain, financial, cultural, and the like. Our market potential is huge - in the order of hundreds of billions of dollars. We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from Stanford, IIT, Minnesota etc. having several years of industry experience in companies like Flipkart, Myntra, Apple and BCG.

We are a passionate team driven by our sense of purpose to solve a critical real world problem. Each team member will have significant ownership of key components that go into the next generation e-commerce, supply chain and demand generation platforms and services that we are building. Role : Business Development Executive

- We are looking for people to form our initial core team to own buyer relationships end to end. This will include identifying potential buyers and clusters, designing and implementing end to end processes from onboarding to vendor management to managing incentives.


- The person will be the voice of the buyers within the organization and ultimately own the success of a particular category. 


- This is an opportunity to fundamentally change the B2B ecosystem in India, and impact billions of people through innovation in supply chain and business models.

Desired Skills / Experience :

- Ability to actively scout for potential buyers. Willingness to travel within and across cities and spend majority of time in the field.

- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong grasp over English, local language and Hindi languages.

- Demonstrates high level of integrity, and strong work ethic.

- Must be willing to learn & adapt quickly. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.

- Exposure to any consumer goods industry and e-commerce would be an added advantage.
